  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Octamoda, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order.
  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order as it may already be in process.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Saudi Riyal, Kuwaiti Dinar, Qatari Riyal, Omani Rial, and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges, which will be added to your total order amount.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: We ship to various locations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns: We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Customized items are non-returnable.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Custom Fashion Printing and Embroidery

  • Customization: We offer custom fashion printing and embroidery services. Once an order for a custom item is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned.
  • Design Approval: Customers must approve the design proof before production begins. We are not responsible for errors in approved designs.
